All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in original condition. This includes all parts of the item, accessories and manuals.

If the purchase includes a gift, promotional or complimentary item, this must also be returned to receive a return refund.

The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition in which you received it (undamaged, unscratched, with the original labels, user manual, warranty certificates and other labels and packaging).

If the product shows any damage once it has been returned, CuddleCo reserves the right not to refund the full amount.
