If you do not receive an email confirming your registration after creating your account on the Ally Pad App, please check that it has not been moved to spam. If this is the case, you will have to move the mail to the inbox and then click on the confirm button.

Another reason why you may not receive a confirmation email is that you have created an account with an incorrect email address. To check that this is not the case, we suggest that you repeat the registration procedure in the App, making sure that the address is correct. If you have any futher issues, please contact Customer Service.
