Once the order has been sent, it is no longer possible to change it. Should this happen, please contact us by clicking here as soon as possible so we can check if we can block the order before shipment.
Log in to your account and click on ‘My Profile’. On this page you can change your first and last name, password and other personal data. If you want to change your addresses, click on ‘My addresses’. You will be able to add a new address or change those you have already saved. Changing the address on the main page will not automatically change the address of already completed orders, but only the address for future orders.
To proceed with your purchase you need to register with the site. If you already have an Inglesina account simply click on ‘’My Account‘’ and enter the email address and password you chose when you registered, or when you arrive at the shopping cart simply click on ‘’Are you already a customer?‘’ and enter the email address and password you chose when you registered. If you are a new customer, you will need to proceed to registration by entering the required data.
We have two shipping options: Next-day delivery (for UK mainland only) or Standard delivery.
Discount codes are subject to conditions of use. We advise you to check the expiry date and which items are covered by the promotion. If the voucher can only be used once and you have applied it to an order you have cancelled, a second use will not be possible.
It is not possible to change the email address for the account. If you need to change it, we recommend that you create a new account.

To request a return, please contact our customers services on: [email protected], or call us on +44 (0)161 702 5057 to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending the Product(s) back. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with shipping the product back to CuddleCo. We remind you that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt of the product by the Courier and that the return shipping costs are at your charge.
No, shipping is currently limited in the UK.
CuddleCo only accepts returns on items purchased online at inglesina.uk Products purchased through any other sales channel must be handled through the retailer used.
You can pay for your order via Credit Card, ApplePay, GooglePay or PayPal If you choose PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment. The amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. You can use your own courier or use the CuddleCo service. In this case, shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the return request, based on the size and weight of the item. You will be notified by email together with the link to book the collection of your product.
After you have placed your order, it will remain in processing until it is shipped. When the product is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email so you can view the shipment details. Don't worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it will be activated within a few hours and you will be able to see the delivery date. Use this link to check delivery attempts that have already been made and any problems the courier has in locating your address. If you wish, you can also request a change of address or delivery date from what was agreed in the original order.
After choosing the product, select the colour and then click on ‘’Add to cart‘’. Add other products in the same way or click on ‘’Finish your order‘’. Enter your details, or log in if you are already registered. Please add an ‘’Order note‘’ if the name and address that the courier should deliver to is different from ‘’Your details‘’. Remember to check that all the details you have selected are correct, once the order has been confirmed it will no longer be possible to change them. To complete the order, select the payment method and click on ‘Continue’. Once payment has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered. If you do not see it, try checking your spam folder. You can also check all the details of your order by logging directly into your account under ‘My Orders’. It is not possible to add more items when you have already completed your order. If you wish, you can create a new order
Shipping is free for most items. For orders under 50£, the shipping cost is 4.00£.
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt of the product by the courier. If you wish to return your order later than 14 days, please contact our customer service first to evaluate together the best solution.
If your payment fails, please check if the payment details you entered are correct and try to place your order again after a few minutes. If the error persists, please contact our support service and we will look into the problem and try to give you further assistance in completing your order.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on ‘’Forgot your password?‘’ on the login screen. You will need to enter your email address and click send to receive an email with a link (note: it may take some time before you receive it and remember to check your junk/spam mail too). If you have not forgotten your password, but simply wish to change it, you can do so by logging into your personal area and in the section ‘’My Profile‘’ click on ‘’Edit‘’.
All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in original condition. This includes all parts of the item, accessories and manuals. If the purchase includes a gift, promotional or complimentary item, this must also be returned to receive a return refund. The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition in which you received it (undamaged, unscratched, with the original labels, user manual, warranty certificates and other labels and packaging). If the product shows any damage once it has been returned, CuddleCo reserves the right not to refund the full amount.
